Simple change, Big effect.
Hawks completed this ‘Curb Appeal” renovation for this great cape cod in Wauwatosa. The owner wanted the approach and entry to her home to have much more “pop”. Keeping the same concrete stoop, we replaced the small, rusted metal rail with a much bolder, sturdier one made of maintenance free material. The larger posts and rails drew the needed attention to the entry. We also replaced the straight, cracked concrete walk with beautiful brick adding a large curve to the overall entry experience.
